- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- Graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping
Instructions
- Prep the Strawberries: Hull and dice the fresh strawberries. Set aside a few for garnish.
- Mix the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Sugar and Vanilla: Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold It All Together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Add the Strawberries: Fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
